These terms apply to your use of stilllife.world and to any order placed with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

About us

Still Life is a registered business (UEN 53376992B), a curated lifestyle house based in Singapore. You can reach us at info@stilllife.world.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not yet form a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch.

Commissioned floral work is confirmed by our written proposal and your acceptance of it, and receipt of the deposit set out in the proposal.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. We take care to price and describe every piece accurately. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, or as set out in your proposal for commissioned work. We do not store your card details.

Products

Our objects are made by independent makers, and many carry the small variations of things made by hand. Colour, grain, and finish may differ slightly from images on the site. These variations are part of the character of the piece, not a fault.

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. Each arrangement is one of a kind; where a particular stem is unavailable, we will compose with stems of equal value and in keeping with the intended arrangement.

Delivery, returns, and your data

Delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns page, and the handling of your personal data in our Privacy Policy. Each forms part of these terms.

Liability

We take care in everything we make and send. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer law, or our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The Still Life name, wordmark, written content, photography, and original artwork on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

 

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies.
