Shipping & Returns
Flowers
Fresh and lasting arrangements are made to order and arranged through our enquiry forms rather than the cart. Delivery within Singapore is included in your proposal and handled personally — there is no separate charge.
We ask for a minimum of three days' notice for fresh arrangements. For bridal personals, please write to us at least two weeks ahead.
Because flowers are perishable and arranged to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement.
Objects
Objects are sent by courier within 1-3 working days of your order. You will receive a notification with tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery is a flat $5 within Singapore, complimentary on orders over $110. Each piece is packed by hand and protected for transit.
Exchanges
All goods are non-refundable. We are happy to arrange an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, email us at info@stilllife.world with your order number. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and tags.
If something arrives faulty or damaged
If an object reaches you faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at info@stilllife.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or repair, in keeping with your rights under Singapore consumer law.
